3.1 To access the full features of the ph223 Platform, you must register for a member account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the ph223 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph223 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.4 ph223 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in these Terms. Any activity conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified ph223 of a security breach in accordance with Clause 3.3.
3.5 ph223 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before permitting withdrawals or as part of ongoing compliance obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide all documentation reasonably requested by ph223.
4.1 ph223 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph223 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. ph223 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
4.4 Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ph223 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
4.5 All transactions on the ph223 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph223 shall not be responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your payment provider.
4.6 ph223 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms or applicable law.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the ph223 Platform are subject to these Terms and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules applicable to each game or market before placing a wager.
5.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ph223 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. ph223 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on markets that were opened in error.

11.4 ph223 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
12.1 ph223 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Members.
12.2 Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to ph223) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and satisfaction of applicable withdrawal conditions.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting ph223 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
